An experienced executive coach, consulting psychologist and leadership facilitator, Tim is a specialist in building individual and team capability and performance through increasing strategic thinking, self and system awareness.
Tim has led major people and structural change in large organisations, facilitating team building and rebuilding and strategic planning in chaotic environments. Focusing on building team strengths, trust, communication, insight, perspective taking capability and learning, Tim helps leaders and teams to enhance decision making, strategic capability and team flexibility.
Tim combines strong academic credentials with extensive business experience, applying evidence-based frameworks and techniques to real world problems to promote learning that extends into effective behavioural change in practice. He holds a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology, (University of Sydney), Master of Commerce in HR Studies, (UNSW), Bachelor of Science (Hons) Psychology (University of Sydney), Diploma of Education (University of Sydney). Tim was previously HR director at the Australian Graduate School of Management and Macquarie University and has held senior HR and OD roles in the finance sector.
Tim is also a Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) and is currently President of the International Coaching Federation (NSW). He is qualified in Professional Certificate Coaching Supervision (Oxford-Brookes University) and numerous psychometric assessment tools.
