With Mastercard Loyalty Solutions he was responsible for a transformation program to loyalty programs for both to issuer, merchant clients and their customers.
At Teacher’s Mutual Bank Tim defined and established process architecture reference model and detailed process definitions through a series of engagement and validation workshops with executives and experts across the business.
In multiple roles at Startrack he led the standardisation and alignment of all of core operations processes across their national network, was Process Optimisation manager and IT Service Management Consultant.
