For more than thirty years Randal has consulted to industry on strategy, leadership, change and persuasion and taught leadership, strategy and persuasion at Macquarie University’s Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and the Australian National University Centre For Defence Studies.
Focused on organisational change leadership, Randal has consulted on some of Australia’s most significant change projects with (among others) the Australian and NSW governments, Austrade New Enterprise Development project, NSW Police strategic planning, Sydney Olympics and Paralympics, Telstra IPO, Caltex IPO, AMP demutualisation, American Express, Westpac Systems Development project and P&O Cruises.
Randal has provided leadership development training and coaching to the NSW Premiers Department, WorkCover NSW, NSW Police (Randal is foundation faculty at the NSW Police Leadership Centre), 3M, Westpac, Virgin Money, BOC Gases, Siemens, BUPA, Powerco (NZ), and more.
In addition, he has written and delivered the Australian Institute of Managers post-graduate diploma in managerial leadership, MGSM’s executive education program in Leadership Development and Open Universities “Open2Study” course on Leadership.
Randal was recently a member of the MGSM academic board and chair of the MGSM alumni council.
