Cheryl’s extensive experience in managing organisational change and restructuring has seen her lead significant change projects from conception through to implementation. Cheryl effectively develops and implements people strategies and solutions aligned to deliver positive impacts to the employee experience and business performance.
Along with change management expertise, Cheryl has held a number of generalist Human Resources roles that have established her as a trusted partner with a broad range of business areas over the past 20 years. Cheryl has led change projects across a range of industries including financial services, government, infrastructure, retail and not-for-profit.
